AG Silver is a thermal conductive paste with the addition of silver compounds. The high thermal conductivity of silver compensates for the insufficient thermal conductivity of carbon-silicon compounds. The thermal conductive paste is silver in color, and its thermal conductivity is much higher than that of typical carbon-silicon compounds.
